Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying/Prospecting leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Improvising the call pitch according to the client’s requirement
  • Presenting our services to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Customize solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Leadership Team
  • Report to the Team Lead on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) calling/Email results
  • Experience with CRM software (Preferably Zoho)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US business landscape, market dynamics,
    and cultural nuances.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on
    creating lasting partnerships.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Negotiation
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals while maintaining positive
    relationships.
  • Results-driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel within the US region as needed
