Role        : IJP SME Seismic NOC (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Positions   : 1 

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1-year tenure with Inspiredge.
• No escalations (Client/Internal) in last 6 months.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow customer handling procedures, run books and Routine Business Processes
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize Service Requests based on customer requirements
• No Un-Authorized leaves taken during tenure at IE.
• Good knowledge on all type of OEM’s handled in NOC.
• Good knowledge on Avaya CM and IPO/Cisco Meraki Dashboard/Switches.
• Knowledge on PRIISM/Nectar/RMM/Ticketing tools for NOC would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the area
• Review process performance on key process indicator and identify and support necessary changes to improve process performance  
• Co-ordinate with the training team for conducting assessments and training  
• Be part of driving resolution of action plans to address issues identified  
• Ability to meet deadlines and flexible to work in shifts
• Take part in periodic coaching/up skilling opportunities on products as identified by client
• Work on Monthly/Weekly reports including presentations for the clients.
• Maintain Daily Work tracker and follow QA guidelines on calls and tickets to keep up with performance metrics
• Engage in Weekly team meetings with On-shore staff and IE Team members to discuss process and technical issues
