Description:
Developer is responsible for project coding, programming, RESTful APIs work which
include understanding the stakeholder’s requirements, gaining knowledge on the product by doing
research and development along with marketing and testing.
Core Responsibilities:
 Hands on Experience in Object Oriented Programming with good command on Algorithms and
data structures, OOAD, state machines Client-server systems, distributed systems
 Solid experience into Multithreaded programming, socket, signaling and messaging
 Experience in a software design modelling tool
 Development Experience with Enterprise Message Queues (ex: kafka) and good Experience
 with open source programming languages like Python
 Having Knowledge on SNMP, Nagios and micro services architecture is an added advantage
 Coordinate with product management team and perform product testing on various process
 Coordinate with stakeholders and various teams of assigned projects
Essential Duties:
 Deep understanding of RESTful APIs work
 Skills in Unit testing and debugging
 Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and
environments
 Work cross-functional teams to help deliver and design the solution
Required Skills:

• Required experience in Python, PHP, MySQL, JAVA and others
• Excellence in Software Design, Architecture principles and SDLC with ITSM Tool development
  background specifically Infrastructure management and automation
• Should have good problem-solving abilities
• Should be able to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of a plan’s success or failure
• Should stay current with the latest trends in ITSM, Infrastructure Domain, Product
  Development techniques
• Should keep up to date with changes in the market and technology that would affect
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable to work as per client requirements/time zones
• Should possess strong team handling experience
