Summary:

As the sales manager for the Middle East Region, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the market entry strategy and drive sales growth within the region. You will be instrumental in building our brand, establishing partnerships, and developing a sustainable pipeline of opportunities. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve ambitious sales targets

Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the Middle East region, including identifying target industries, market segments, and potential clients.
  • Business Development: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry associations, and government entities.
  • Sales Acceleration: Drive sales growth by executing a results-oriented sales plan, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing deals that align with company objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with potential partners, resellers, and distributors to expand our reach and leverage existing networks for mutual growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing insights to inform business strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to showcase their value and address client needs.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while maintaining a focus on revenue targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful B2B sales and business development in the Middle East region, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Middle East business landscape, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and sales acceleration strategy.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on creating lasting partnerships.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Results-driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel within the Middle East region as needed
