Role: Senior Solutions Consultant, CPQ

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Vizag/Hyderabad/Remote

Essential Functions:

·       Executes implementation projects from post-sale to post go-live

·       Leads meetings with clients, with support from architect and/or PM as needed

·       Drives design and advanced declarative customizations for CPQ/Sales/Service cloud to meet unique business needs.

·       Leads design and integrations with 3rd party apps, with special focus on Doc Gen, E-Signature, Payment Processing, and Prodly

·       Facilitates requirements reviews with project stakeholders

·       Reviews client’s business processes and recommends changes based on best practices

·       Configures applications declaratively

·       Communicates requirements effectively for code-based development

·       Documents business process and captures user stories

·       Coordinates with developers to implement custom solutions

·       Develops & Executes System Test Scripts

·       Facilitates User Acceptance Test

·       Owns specific project component(s) or work stream(s) for larger projects

·       Constructs client deliverables using existing templates

·       Develops training materials, deliver training

·       Provides mentorship to more junior employees to facilitate their growth and development

·       Delegates work accordingly to developers, business analysts, and solutions consultants

Required Qualifications:

·       4+ Certifications or similar experience/skills

·       3+ years Salesforce consulting or equivalent experience

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to ETL data into and out of Salesforce to support CPQ data model requirements

·       Proficiency with 3rd party apps, with special focus on Doc Gen, E-Signature, Payment Processing, and Prodly

·       Ability to communicate ideas, concepts and strategies for both technical and non-technical people

·       Understanding of implementation lifecycle and what is required at each project phase

·       4 years of CRM consulting experience, with proven ability to deliver CRM solutions

·       2 years of Project Management experience

·       2 years of Business management experience

Desired/Preferred qualifications:

·       Experience with Agile development methodologies 

·       Demonstrated ability to teach technical skills and best practices to clients
