Experience in wireline audits.

• Contract management, reporting and optimization

• Excel / PowerPoint Skills. Experience with Power Query and data automation utilities a plus.

• Experience in software / hardware or telecom industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Analyze telecom usage reporting and develop recommendations for clients to optimize their telecom spend in Wireless.

• Reconciliation and allocation of telecom charges in support of analysis and reporting.

• Build and maintain client-facing reports showing telecom opportunities and savings.

• Respond to internal inquiries relating to telecom rate plan analysis and recommendations.

• Provide top quality customer service to clients, vendor and internal teams.

• Develop and own best practices, quality assurance methods, etc.
