Responsibilities: 

• Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring high levels of network availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain networking infrastructure.
• Configure and optimize network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Conduct network performance monitoring and analysis for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams as needed.
• Need experience with Aruba wireless networks comprising campus APs, onboarding, management and troubleshooting
• Should have recent experience with controller-based wireless networks
• Familiarity with Aruba Mobility Master managed networks
• Knowledge of wireless equipment, Wi-fi standards, wireless protocols, and security standards is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with Clearpass policy manager is required
• Must have worked on Aruba Central platform
• Experience with AOS8 and AOS10 is mandatory

Required Skills: 

• Proven experience in designing and implementing network solutions.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba networking equipment.
• Aruba Certified Mobility Professionals (ACMP) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
